Barham Community Library has been set up by a group of volunteers who originally campaigned to save the Council run Barham Library from closure. The original Library opened on 31 May 1952 and closed by Brent Council in October 2011.
Between 2011 and 2016 we operated temporary libraries/bookshops in a disused Nursery building, a shop in Wembley High Road and the Sudbury Town underground station.
In October 2016 we signed a 15 year Lease for a small building in Barham Park at Unit 4, 660 Harrow Road, Wembley HA0 2HB.
We are expanding our activities and opening times and always welcome new people who want to get involved with us in a volunteer capacity.
If you interested and wish to get involved please come and visit us during our opening hours or email Paul Lorber at firstname.lastname@example.org
